You enjoy reading and discussing different types of texts on a variety of topics in a relaxed atmosphere? Come along and join us! We are going to divide our time between talking about current newspaper articles, anything you yourself want to report and one main text ("Bill Bryson, "At Home", ISBN 978-0-552-77735-3, chapter five onwards). Since it is a factual book it is no problem for new participants to join us.

This course is suitable for you, if you can understand the main content of complex texts on concrete and abstract topics; you can also communicate so spontaneously and fluently that a normal conversation with native speakers is possible without much effort on both sides. Furthermore, you can express yourself clearly and in detail on a wide range of topics, explain a point of view on a current question and state the advantages and disadvantages of various options.
